RETURN POLICY

For returns and exchanges, please email us with your inquiry and order number: info@speedqb.com

Refunds and Exchanges will be honored within 7 business days from when the shipment is received. Please send inquiries to Info@SpeedQB.com detailing reason for exchange or return. Any items for exchange must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm via email if the refund is approved. An automated email is also sent once the refund is processed. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes 1-3 days, however the time may vary depending on your financial institution.


Return/Exchange Shipping
Please use a trackable shipping carrier for all returns and exchanges. SpeedQB is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds do not include initial shipping costs.
